What don’t you understand lads. Billions including my hard earned tax have been wasted on unsecured (look this word up) bondholders. I don’t like it, others don’t like it. We will comment on it. Hi Valentina, we’ve had reports of light snowfall except on very high ground. Could you email emer@thejournal.ie with more details of where in Wicklow you are or maybe a picture? Half a metre of snow is a huge amount compared to the rest of the country.

The Long Hill from Roundwood to Kilmacanogue was closed this morning because of safety reasons, they announced on the radio.

The weather warning I received was for 5cm of snow. Everybody panic!
