What to watch on TV tonight: Saturday

Here are the shows that’ll be on your Twitter timeline later.

Every lunchtime, DailyEdge.ie rounds up the TV shows that you’ll be tweeting about tonight and talking about tomorrow.

The Saturday Night Show (RTÉ One, 9.45pm)

Tonight’s show will pay tribute to Derek Davis, who sadly passed away this week. His former Live at Three co-host Thelma Mansfield will join Brendan for a chat. Paralympians Ellen Keane, Luke Evans and Sean Baldwin will also be on discussing preparations for Rio. #SatNightShow

Alpha Papa (BBC 2, 9.10pm)

Toblerones at the ready for Alan Partridge’s long awaited feature film. Alpha Papa sees Partidge’s radio station held at ransom by an extremely irate Colm Meaney. Back of the net, Jurassic Park etc. #AlphaPapa

21 Jump Street (RTÉ 2, 9pm)

There’s a heap of great films on tonight, and 21 Jump Street is among them. The enjoyable remake features Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum as two undercover officers posing as high school students trying to foil a drug gang. #21JumpStreet

Everybody’s talking about… #The Good Wife

TV Line reports that Julianna Margulies and Archie Panjabi didn’t shoot the final scene in the current series together, despite the fact that they appear to be in the scene together.

Do they hate each other THAT much?
