TV3′s planned revamp of the dating show has reportedly been scrapped. The show was due to be fronted by Lucy Kennedy, but reports suggest that it will not be going ahead after it was decided that the format was a bit, well, stale.

The news will come as a disappointment to Kennedy, who recently described the show as her “dream job” and expressed excitement at playing a matchmaker on television.

We’ll always have Cilla. (RTÉ Ten)
