EVERY WEEKDAY lunchtime, DailyEdge.ie rounds up the TV shows that you’ll be tweeting about tonight and talking about tomorrow.

Monkey Planet (BBC One, 9pm)

Second in the excellent series which sees anointed Attenborough-successor George McGavin meet our monkey friends. He finds monkey societies where males are “conned into childcare”, and has a terrifying-sounding encounter with hunting chimpanzees. #MonkeyPlanet

The seven remaining cooks meet Michelin-starred chef Daniel Clifford and have to replicate one of his dishes. Then in the night’s second episode, they compete for a place in the series quarter-final. #mcirl

Ghost (More4, 9pm)

OOOHHHHHHH, MAAAAYYYYE LOOOOOVVVE. Etc. Yes, Patrick Swayze, Demi Moore and Whoopi Goldberg are back on our screens in another airing of the classic 1990 movie. Feel free to tweet along your favourite lines, or just pick holes in the plot. #Ghost
