What to watch on TV tonight: Friday

Here are the shows that’ll be on your Twitter timeline later.

EVERY LUNCHTIME, DailyEdge.ie rounds up the TV shows that you’ll be tweeting about tonight and talking about tomorrow.

The Late Late Show (RTÉ One, 9.35pm)

This week, host Ryan Tubridy is joined by the lovely Emily Ratajowski, star of Robin Thicke’s Blurred Lines video (and more recently, David Fincher’s Gone Girl). We can’t wait to see how much Ryan doesn’t get it. Also on the show: tennis legend Boris Becker and Mary Black. #latelate

The Graham Norton Show (BBC1, 10.35pm)

Alternatively, you can tune in to Graham Norton, where Robert Duvall, Robert Downey Jr, Stephen Fry AND U2 will grace the couch. Prepare for a lot of Bono-slagging. #grahamnorton

The Shawshank Redemption (TV3, 9pm)

It’s always on the telly, but it’s always a great watch. So why not see it again? Tim Robbins and Morgan Freeman star as two prisoners who form a strong bond during their years in the clink.

Everybody’s talking about: #ITCrowd

They failed at translating Graham Linehan’s IT Crowd for a US audience back in 2007, but NBC are trying again, this time with writers from Community and the producer of Scrubs, Bill Lawrence.

Here’s a glimpse of what happened the last time around – Joel McHale played Roy while Richard Ayoade repeated his performance as Moss. Could he be persuaded to come back for a third time?
