What to watch on TV tonight: Thursday

Here are the shows that will be on your Twitter timeline later.

Every lunchtime, DailyEdge.ie rounds up the TV shows that you’ll be tweeting about tonight and talking about tomorrow.

Celebrity Masterchef (BBC One, 9pm)

Only one night to go in the ‘celebrity’ edition of the cooking show. Who will go through to tomorrow night’s final? The celebrities of note still left in are a member of the Pussycat Dolls and some lad off Eastenders. Still, the drama of Masterchef is always good. #CelebrityMasterchef

Married At First Sight (Channel 4, 9pm)

The final episode of the controversial series will see the couples go on honeymoon together, and get five more weeks to decide whether they will remain married. #MarriedAtFirstSight

Ireland’s Great War (RTÉ One, 11.05pm)

The concluding part of this two-part documentary on Ireland’s role in the First World War, along with the history of what was happening at home and abroad. #IrelandsGreatWar

Everybody’s talking about… Sharknado 3 made its debut on TV in the US last night and everyone was watching

The trilogy of movies is well known as being some of the worst TV ever made:

It starred Tara Reid and Jedward even had a cameo:

Oh, the Sharknado franchise. When will you end? It will be on SyFy UK tonight at 10pm for those interested in all the antics.

Or switch over for…

  • 2012 (RTÉ 2, 9pm) As disaster movies go, it’s not up there at the pinnacle of the genre, but it’s a thoroughly decent watch.
  • Who Do You Think You Are? (RTÉ One, 10.15pm) The US version of the show charts Josh Groban’s family tree. They’re hardly all as talented and sound as him, surely?
  • Ghost Bear Family: Natural World (BBC Two, 8pm) Canadian filmmaker Jeff Turner spends a year with a family of North American black bears who are actually white due to a quirk of genetics. Sounds like decent craic.
