Squeeze from the middle and when there’s none left squeeze from the bottom to bring to the middle again if that makes any sense!

I’m a swot. I squeeze from the bottom, and every so often I lay the toothpaste tube on a flat surface and get a pen or something and push the paste all up to the top. Squeezing with your fingers and folding over, like your pic above, isn’t as effective. I do the same with ointments. ;)

I always start a new tube by squeezing from the bottom, with intentions to continue doing so; but inevitably after a few days both myself and my other half have completely forgotten to keep it up. Ah well.

It’s a Jewish tradition to squeeze from the bottom for thousands of years Became popular with the Presbyterian Scots in the late 1600’s.during the plantation they spread it to Ireland. Still present in Cavan where they roll and tap it with a wooden mallet to get the last drop! …… Tomorrows burning question- when cutting your toenails, which foot do start from first? And do you start from big to small toe or the other way round?

I am totally in agreement with Thomas. It’s the way I’ve always done it.

I squeeze fom the bottom and I wash my teeth morning and night and after every meal. Also I go to the dentist every three months.

And frank, do you wear girly underwear? :)
