Ah dear Jesus no!! Peanut butter and Nutella…doesn’t help the diet but does the soul some good! ;)

At this very moment the pie chart makes a lovely peace symbol. Obviously its a sign that we should all get along, buttered or unbuttered.

Oh, and I do believe the more burning question is: crunchy or smooth? (I’m all about the crunch)

My addiction is peanut butter on brown bread, with a layer of honey on top. :D

Aaah! Now this is something I know something about…. having been a peanut butter addict from an early age… School meals… in the soup, on the spuds, ( had to try to make it taste like food) and even in the ice cream…. on a sandwich to finish…Luxury !

On bread… the butter is critical or else the peanut butter sticks to the pallet. … also tastes better…

On warm homemade brown bread… butter melting…. Peanut butter.. Topped with a slice of Dubliner cheddar… When the kids aren’t watching….. Aaaah!

Until now, I really worried about my husband when he put butter with my sons peanut butter sandwiches- thus rendering the lunch unspeakably unedible. I guess its a small comfort to know there are others that wd do that. Is there a support group ?

But there’s no butter in peanut butter, so it’s not really THAT bad to butter before peanut butter…

The butter is needed to seal the bread and to stop the peanut butter breaking up your lovely fresh White slice. Definitely both.

golden rule! if using bread you must use real butter followed by the toppings of your choice!!

Always butter with peanut butter, had it this morning on my toast, not only does it keep everything moist and delicious but you feel just that little bit more naughty too!!!

No point in having a sandwich peanut butter or anything else without butter.

Butter is wrong – the texture, the taste, everything about it. I know I am in a minority but it just freaks me out.

Peanut butter should only be eaten when combined with chocolate (i.e. Kit Kat Peanut Butter). No other way makes sense

I HATE peanut butter but I admit I do that with chocolate spread lol WITH butter ;-)

The Aussies put butter on first by default. I have to specify, else I get a soggy slice. Yuk! I’m partial to peanut butter with Philadelphia cheese though. Textures work well. Nom.
