SESAME STREET has pretty decent form in taking the mickey out of cultural phenomena recently – you only need look at Cookie Monster’s take on Call Me Maybe for one example.

If you wanted another example, have a look back at Grover’s skit of that Old Spice ad from 2010 – or this more recent take on The Voice.

Here’s the latest one – taking on Downton Abbey, which has gained a cult following thanks to being aired on PBS, and featuring the Sesame Street versions of the Dowager Countess and the chief butler, Carson.

Also, who knew steak and kidney pie was still a thing?
