no matter what this clown did with his wheels he was a passenger. It was the crane that caused the problem. He was too lazy to fold it up & moved it while it was extented & it lifted the rear axle off the ground & the only thing to stop it would be a solid wall. Good reaction from the car driver as this person could have been killed
Looks like a setup. Think about the way it’s filmed…….
Conveniently enough there was no traffic coming behind that driver so he could turn into the lane, so staged with the camera
