Was the little girl from the Cornflakes ad in Mean Girls?

We don’t know… it seems very unorthodox.

IT’S ONE OF the great Christmas mysteries.

Whatever happened to the little girl in the pink onesie from the Christmas cornflakes ad? The one who saw Santa but never said a word?

Well, we think we have tracked her down, and we think she may have starred (well, made a brief appearance) in the Lindsay Lohan classic Mean Girls.

It seems that the Kellogs kid was played by twins Alexandra and Holly Stapley in the late eighties/early nineties.

The girls went on to star in the film Baby’s On Board. Spot the resemblance:

Other appearances included the TV series Twice in a Lifetime and Touch of Hope:

According to IMDB Alexandra Stapley then went on to appear in Mean Girls in 2004 as Taylor Wedell.

Taylor Wedell was the one who showed up at the party with Jason:

Taylor Wedell’s mother also got an unexpected phone call:

Gretchen: Oh, my God, there’s Jason!
Karen: Where? Oh, there he is.
Gretchen: And he’s with Taylor Wedell.
Karen: I heard they’re going out.
Regina: Wait. Jason’s not going out with Taylor. No. He cannot blow you off like that. He’s such a little skeeze. Give me your phone.
Gretchen: You’re not gonna call him, right?
Regina: Do you think I’m an idiot?
Gretchen: No.
Regina[dials phone] Wedell on South Boulevard.
Gretchen: Caller ID.
Regina: Not when you connect from Information.
Taylor’s mom[answers phone] Hello?
Regina: Hello. May I please speak to Taylor Wedell?
Taylor’s Mom: She’s not home yet. Who’s calling?
Regina: Oh, this is Susan from Planned Parenthood. I have her test results. If you could have her give me a call as soon as she can. It’s urgent. Thank you. [Taylor's mom faints and Regina hangs up] She’s not going out with anyone.
Gretchen: OK, that was so fetch!
Well, there goes the innocence.
Happy Christmas everyone. Ho, Ho, Ho!
