For a good night’s sleep, THIS IS IMPORTANT.

IT’S LATE AT night, and you’re probably feeling pretty tired.

You should maybe shut the computer (also: phone, iPad) down and get some sleep.

The first thing you need to do is find a nice comfy position.

Then settle in for the night.

For a good night’s sleep, you don’t want ANY of these things to happen:

2. Having nightmares and doing this

Remember: It’s only IN your dreams you’re supposed to humiliate yourself. Not when you wake up.

It’s enough to trouble anyone’s sleep.

4. Someone nearby playing LOUD MUSIC

OK, it would actually be a bit awesome if you reacted like this. But totally destructive to your sleep patterns.
