Greatest comedy off all time, ringing my wife from work every Tuesday to make sure she tapped it for me, the episode where Chandler came home to find Assn empty flat with Joey locked in the cupboard that was up for sale because”the guy wanted to see could a man fit in there” and all they had left was a boat and a duck is the highlight for me, haven’t seen an episode in a while thou :)

Best show ever. I thought Joey was the weakest character — Matt LeBlanc admitted as much in an interview and said that that was why he agreed to do a spin-off. Chandler was very witty, but his sarcasm became a *little* irritating. Rachel underwent the most thorough and convincing development and J. Anniston really showed off her acting skills towards the end.
Season six is the best season. Hilarious flashback episodes with all the 80s fashion, alternative universe episodes (with Fat Monica, Ross still married to Carol, Phoebe a stock-broker, Joey a Hollywood diva, etc). The best Thanksgiving episode (Rachel makes a shepherd’s pie sherry trifle, Phoebe fantasizes about Mr Gellar and Jacques Cousteau). It delivered laughs week in, week out. Friends is my alcohol.

That time Phoebe was going on about how the only food we should eat is fruit on the ground from windfall… very thought-provoking!

Phoebe was my favourite but as somebody already mentioned, they were all brilliant in their own. Particularly Joey and Chandler, they made each other funny. Love that show, not sure bout a new season tho?!

Early ones were funny, later ones were cringe worthy.
