FASHION RETAILER C&A has come up with a unique way of showing the popularity of their clothing – Facebook “Likes”.
C&A in São Paulo has created clothes hooks that display the total number of Facebook “Likes” for each garment of clothing in their store.
SingularityHub.com reports that the company’s Facebook page displays pictures of various outfits and users are encouraged to click the Like button, which are then fed into the hooks in the store.
The promotional video – which has a translation available – states that when women go shopping they like to have a second opinion. They state that these clothes hooks will help women “choose the ideal outfit”.
