Lee Weir, a 27-year-old New Zealander, has exactly 41 tattoos of Homer Simpson – most are collected in a sleeve on his left arm.
He’s set the Guinness World Record for ‘most tattoos of the same cartoon character tattooed on the body’ which sounds made up but is actually a thing now. Go figure.
His most substantial piece is the sleeve, which has tattoos of Homer as a jack-in-the-box, the Grim Reaper, a doughnut, and in an elephant suit.
He told Guinness that he spent the last year completely alcohol-free so as to save money for tattoos. That’s dedication.
We think the sleeve is very cool. Are we in the minority here?
