Barry & Mick if you do your research I think you will find Fanta was created by a local supplier in Germany as Coke refused to supply to Germany during the war so he needed a replacement product to sell.

Actually your all wrong, Fantastichen was invented in germany prior to WW2. The original factory in berlin was razed to the ground during the final weeks. The recipe was stolen by G.I.’s and handed to Coca cola who reproduced it and shortened the name.

The Heineken Museum in Amsterdam is great crack compared to this. It’s all tongue in cheek, having a laugh with you from start to finish. It’s only about an hour and a half-long tour but there are 3 Heineken breaks on the way. Soooo much better than Coke breaks.
