Tourist map accidentally turns UK town into a giant willy

Come to Berkhamsted!

THIS IS THE town of Berkhamsted in Hertfordshire, as depicted on a map prepared by the UK’s Canal and River Trust.

Does it remind you of anything? Can you see any reason why local residents might be a tad… embarrassed?

As one Facebook commenter said:

It looks like a willy tee hee!!

It looks so much like a willy, in fact, that the Canal and River Trust have been forced to admit its phallic resemblance. Spokesperson Simon Salem told the BBC:

It does look, as the poster on Facebook says, like a willy. We didn’t notice it. Somebody should have seen it, I agree.

He added:

You could accuse of us of being a bit naive but canals are long, straight things, and when you draw a map it tends to be that sort of shape.

The map has now gone viral, sparking headlines all over the country:

We tend to agree with another poster on the Facebook page that sparked this whole kerfuffle off, who wrote yesterday:

I like how the semen-water flows from the balls to the tip. Really realistic.

#accuracy.
