During the day they will do a sports journalism programme, while being coached by former Munster stars in the evening to take part in a London tag rugby competition.

Designer Darlings (UTV Ireland, 9pm)

A new reality series, because there just isn’t enough. The multi-millionaire Bassi family run a designer children’s clothing store in Essex frequented by celebrities and other assorted stupidly rich people. Mindless fun.
