What to watch on TV tonight: Monday

Here are the shows that’ll be on your Twitter timeline later.

Every lunchtime, DailyEdge.ie rounds up the TV shows that you’ll be tweeting about tonight and talking about tomorrow.

Moone Boy (Sky One, 9pm)

Might tonight be the last ever episode of Moone Boy? Quite possibly as creators Chris O’Dowd and Nick Vincent Murphy have stayed mum on the show’s future thus far. If it is the final episode, they’re going out on quite a bang as Boyle is visited by none other than Mr. Paul Rudd. We can’t wait. #MooneBoy

Republic of Telly (RTÉ Two, 10pm)

Republic of Telly has been in fine form lately with everyone from Eoghan McDermott to Ryan Tubridy being skewered on it. Tonight’s show touches on #PantiGate and sees the one and only Alf Stewart make an appearance. #republicoftelly

Atonement (TG4, 9.35pm)

Based on the bestselling novel of the same, Atonement has everything you could possibly want from a Bank Holiday Monday film — war, romance, secrecy, nice dresses (Keira Knightley’s green number) and an Irish connection (Saoirse Ronan’s Oscar-nominated performance). Sorted.

Everyone’s talking about… Mad Men’s moustaches

The first episode of the beloved series’ final episodes aired last night to much acclaim, but one thing in particularly really left an impression on viewers.

Roger Sterling’s dandy moustache.

Resplendent indeed.

Mad Men airs on Sky Atlantic this Thursday at 10pm.
