What to watch on TV tonight: Tuesday

Grey’s Anatomy (RTE Two, 9pm)

It’s been an emotional few weeks for Grey’s Anatomy viewers as they come to terms with the death of McDreamy (RIP) and it doesn’t look as though there is going to be any let up in the drama. Brace yourself. #GreysAnatomy

The London Bombings (TV3, 8.30pm)

Today marks the 10th anniversary of the London bombings, which killed 56 people. This documentary looks back on the devastating events of that day and the aftermath.

Child Genius (Channel 4, 9pm)

Fancy feeling intellectually inferior to children? You’re in luck as tonight’s Child Genius features a rake of precocious children showing off their insane maths and memory skills. Jealous? Us? Never. #ChildGenius

Everyone’s talking about… Sex and the City

Could the TV series be returning to our screens?

Creator Candace Bushnell has reportedly hinted that she wants to revisit the four characters in the not-so-distant future.

I feel like we’re going to revisit those characters, maybe in another movie or something, down the road.

Bushnell declined to say whether a threequel was in the works, but didn’t rule out the possibility of a return to television. She also acknowledged the impact the TV show had had on modern pop culture, likening it to Friends.

People really related to the characters in that show and it’s the same thing with Sex And The City – we feel like those characters are our girlfriends.

Damn straight. (Metro)
