What to watch on TV tonight: Monday

Here are the shows that’ll be on your Twitter timeline later.

Every lunchtime, DailyEdge.ie rounds up the TV shows that you’ll be tweeting about tonight and talking about tomorrow.

Coming Out of the Curve (RTÉ One, 9.35pm)

In this documentary, Cork hurler Donal Óg Cusack examines changing attitudes to homosexuality both at home and abroad, looks at the issue of gay rights and tackles the subject of sports stars coming out. Promises to be enlightening.

Catastrophe (Channel 4, 10pm)

Predicted to the “comedy hit of 2015“, Catastrophe stars Sharon Horgan and Rob Delaney as a couple who find themselves facing an unplanned pregnancy after a brief fling. Horgan and Delaney have a pretty sterling track record, and this looks to be both charming and hilarious. Worth a gander. #catastrophe

Claire Byrne Live (RTÉ One, 10.35pm)

Claire Byrne fronts RTÉ One’s new flagship current affairs show. Tonight’s edition will feature a debate on same-sex marriage with actor Colin Farrell, whose brother is gay, appearing via satellite link to discuss LGBT rights. Expect it all over your timeline tonight. #ClaireByrneLive

Everyone’s talking about… Scream Queens

American Horror Story creator Ryan Murphy has announced details of his next show Scream Queens. The horror series will be set on a college campus beset by a number of murders.

The show will star Lea Michele, Ariana Grande, Emma Roberts and Abigal Breslin, which sounds like a recipe for either possible greatness or else utter insanity.
