THERE IS SO much more you could do to improve your phone photography besides using Instagram filters.
Sure, everyone looks better in a vintage hue, but what about hanging your phone from a balloon?
The Cooperative of Photography have come up with eight excellent DIY tips to turn your smartphone into a world class photo tool.
1. Get an aerial view
Attach your phone to the balloon, and control it with some fishing wire to get a birds eye view. Just don’t let it fly off.
Who needs a drone, eh!
2. Get a decent sun filter by taking a photo through your sunglasses

3. Get some old school cool going on
Make a pinhole in a piece of cardboard and hold it over the lens.
4. Don’t just take a photo of your dinner, give it a 3D frame
5. Download the tiny planet app
Make your panoramas look good… by putting them in a circle.
6. Get some savage exposure with this nifty little trick
7. Selfie inception
Take some shots on one phone, hold them up to your face on another.
8. Make a DIY projector
Cut up a box, add a lens, put your phone inside… viola.
