Wakeboarding while tied to an SUV? Sounds like just another day in Irkutsk, Russia.

WHEN LIFE HANDS you a flooded city, you might as well make the most of it.

That’s the philosophy which (we can only assume) underlies this man’s attempt to wakeboard down the street in Irkutsk, Russia.

As cars and pedestrians struggle through the knee-deep water, he simply straps on to the back of an SUV and rides the murky water.
