This 40-second video is practically every Irish morning ever

Starts out promising! Ends badly.

IT’S HAPPENED TO all of us. You get up early on a weekend morning – to use the loo, make a cup of tea, check for intruders, whatever – and blinding sunshine is flooding from a beautiful sky.

So you take your bladder/tea back to bed with a sense of wellbeing. Perhaps get a little more shut-eye.

Two hours later a weather warning is in place and elderly people are getting washed away on their way to Londis.

So what happens? Well, a redditor calling himself knobblyer has found the answer by filming the whole process from a vantage point in Tralee:
