What to watch on TV tonight: Monday

Here are the shows that’ll be on your Twitter timeline later.

Every lunchtime, DailyEdge.ie rounds up the TV shows that you’ll be tweeting about tonight and talking about tomorrow.

Game of Thrones (Sky Atlantic, 9pm)

DUH. If you managed to hang on despite yesterday’s leaked episodes (and if you have a Sky Atlantic subscription) the wait is finally over – season five is here. It begins with a flashback for Cersei and a tour through the many, many storylines, to refresh you before the action begins proper. #gameofthrones #GoTAtlantic

Republic of Telly (RTÉ2, 10pm)

Model/singer Nadia Forde is tonight’s special guest and the celebrity face of RTÉ’s Sheep Week. Yes. Expect sketches like I’m A Sheep, Get Me Out Of Here, as well as a parody of Whiplash starring the reliable Kevin McGahern. #republicoftelly

Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom (BBC3, 7.10pm)

The second in the original trilogy, with Indy asked to find a mystical stone. Harrison Ford *swoons*

Everyone’s talking about: #Scream

The first trailer for the TV adaptation of Scream (yes, that Scream) dropped at the MTV Movie Awards last night. Former Disney actress Bella Thorne takes Drew Barrymore’s role, and it looks like the iconic Scream mask has been given an update.

So basically every MTV series, with added gore? Hmm.
