A FLORIDA WOMAN was arrested after failing to stop when police tried to pull her over for speeding. Her reason? She was driving topless on her way to see her boyfriend and didn’t want to expose herself to law enforcement.

Mandy Ramsey was speeding in a pickup truck and when police tried to pull her over she turned down another street, ran a stop sign and hit an oak tree. Miraculously, the topless girl racer managed to get away and the truck was later found parked behind a mobile home with a broken side mirror.
Ramsey, a teacher’s assistant, admitted to deputies that she failed to stop because she was driving topless, intending to surprise her boyfriend. She was arrested and spent two nights in jail but was released on a $5,000 bond yesterday.
And they say romance is dead.
