Tony Curtis left his children nothing in will

An attempt to contest the will failed after legendary actor chose not to make provisions for his children.

JAMIE LEE CURTIS and the rest of actor Tony Curtis’s children were completely left out of the actor’s will.

A copy of the will obtained by CBS show Inside Edition states that Curtis acknowledged the existence of his children, but that he had “intentionally and with full knowledge chosen not to provide for them.”

It is rumoured that one of the children, though not Jamie Lee Curtis, made a failed attempt to contest the will. Curtis, best remembered for his role alongside Marilyn Monroe in Some Like it Hot, died in September aged 85. He was married five times.

His widow, Jill Vanderburg Curtis, told CBS that “Tony’s last will and testament and his passing wishes are private family matters.”
