WE KNOW HOW you feel. The new year and the working week looms ahead (tomorrow!) and you have a lot on your plate.

This week: It’s a simple one but it’s divisive. Which is better on chips:
A. Ketchup, or

Neither… salt & vinegar only, vinegar first so that the salt sticks to the chips when it’s poured on. Now I’m bleedin’ Hank Marvin!!

Mayonnaise is an abomination! Ketchup of course, the only real question is which vinegar will I use today? Distilled/Malt/Cider/WhiteWine/Balsamic… yum!
Never mind ketchup and mayo. Choosing between curry and Aromat is much more stressful.
Brown sauce sometimes but usually ketchup.

If you need sauce on chips to make them taste good, you’ve already lost.
