I wear a top hat and tails in bed but never socks.That’s just wierd.

Apparently you’re meant to sleep better if you wear socks as then your feet never get cold. Think I read that somewhere.

Fleece socks are so cosy :)

My feet are always freezing going to bed so I wear socks, sometimes big wooly ones. But I nearly always yank them off in my sleep in the wee hours because they get too warm. I have heard wearing socks in bed can give you foot fungus…

Wearing socks to bed was forbiddedn worldwide until pirates started doing it while sailing the 7 seas. Pirates often went for kip fully dressed as they may have been called in to action mid sleep. It was a well established fact that when pirates met with their lady creatures for a bit of the rough and tumble they would often remove the socks, after passionately mauling some lucky lassie, tie the socks together and then proceed to strangle her to a slow death as to avoid supporting a family. Gyaaaaargh mt hearty, do as the pirates i reckon matey.

Why not wear you work boots and fluorescent vest too .

Much more important to wear other things in bed – no wearing other things start all your problems.

No way! :O i couldn’t wear socks to bed.. Wrap my toes up in the blanket and away we go. Feet are rotten anyway :/

Are any of you with cold feet smokers? Smoking is supposed to affect your circuation. I used to smoke and had cold feet but I gave it up 11 years ago and my feet never get cold. I wear Fitflops all year round and only take them off if it goes below zero (foot pain). I’ve had so many questions from peope in Uggs etc if my feet are cold, they are always amazed that they are toasty warm, regardless of the weather.
