Half and half, but a little bit of baking soda on the tooth brush is great for getting rid of coffee and fag stains.

I use a regular toothbrush as I don’t have to recharge my hand every other day

The electric brush does a better job, but I always seem to break them after a few months, so I’ve given up and gone back to the the cheap, no moving parts variety. I like technology, but it doesn’t always like me. :-(

If you’re brushing your teeth correctly, then a regular tooth brush is fine… Some people still miss cleaning certain surfaces of their teeth with an electric brush..

go onto Google we search toothbrushes.co.UK and buy a few tepe supersoft brushes, I promise u they are amongst the best toothbrushes in the world. I have hoards of em in my drawer, never goin back to those horrible hard ones in tesco
