Police reply to man looking for a spliff on Twitter

He wasn’t serious though…seriously.

IF YOU’RE IN the market to buy drugs, maybe keep all requests off Twitter.

Sunith Baheerathan from Ontario, Canada found out the hard way when he put a call out for pot to help him through his work day,

The self-described ‘Aspiring mechanic, legendary human being. Automobile, Hip-Hop, & Dancehall aficionado’ was met with an unlikely response.

But it wasn’t a dealer that got back to him, it was the local police.

The crafty cops also tweeted the original plea to the owner of Mr Lube, the garage Baheerathan was working in at the time.

Shortly after, Sunith was trending locally on Twitter with local news stations picking up the story. He tried to play it off, claiming that he’s REALLY NOT SERIOUS, like ever.

Seriously though, where's his weed?
