Photos of Irish seagulls running amok have been all over the internet since Senator Ned O’Sullivan’s claim that the birds are ‘losing the run of themselves‘. Even the international media have taken note and given their support.
It seems their recent behaviour is nothing new, however. Here is some footage of a hungry seagull and an unfortunate rabbit, uploaded four years ago by YouTube user corbo. Since re-emerging at the weekend, it’s been shared by the likes of the Daily Mail, Metro UK and the International Business Times.
Don’t look if you’re squeamish or fond of cute fluffy things.
