This woman summed up the frustration of flying Ryanair with this hilarious song

*applause*

KERRY’S FLEADH CEOIL took place over the weekend, and the whole town of Cahersiveen looked like serious craic.

But there is one performance that is getting talked about more than any other – and it’s this Ryanair-themed effort from Patsy Kennedy that’s both hilarious and an absolute tune.

Patsy takes us through the pitfalls of flying with Ireland’s beloved Ryanair

Patsy’s version of the song, originally recorded by Eric Gudmunsen, has been shared over 700 times from the Fleadh Facebook page – with the general consensus being that it’s absolutely gas.

In a packed pub, Patsy took us through the rest of her journey

Some of the lyrics particularly got the crowd going:

I shouldn’t be complaining it was all I could afford
They rounded us like cattle and herded us on board!

Now she was on the flight, the problems kept coming

And finally, bringing the song to a close, she sings:

After hours of the hard sell, we landed safe and sound
And another 100 in a taxi to get to the nearest town
We moan and gripe and give out but we still go where they bring us
For after all is said and done – they’re cheaper than Aer Lingus

*applause*

It doesn’t have the Fleadh pub charm, but it’s still excellent.
