Ruairà Quinn
Ruairi Quinn is a Labour Party TD for the Dublin South East constituency. He is the Minister for Education and Skills in the current Government. Quinn was first elected to the Dail in 1977 but failed to get re-elected in '81, however he was then re-elected in '82 and has held his seat since. He was the leader of the Labour Party form '97 until 2002.
