VETERAN SCOTTISH SINGER Rod Stewart has become a father for the eighth time, after his wife Penny gave birth to their second son, Aiden, yesterday.
The new boy becomes the younger brother of Alastair, who is five, but has six older half-siblings due to Stewart’s various other liaisons – Penny is Rod’s third wife, while he has also had children with two other partners.
In his honour – and in honour of the other older celebrity dads we can think of – we present our gallery of dads who’ve continued to have children well into their older ages.
