RIDING A BIKE while wearing a dress or skirt and without flashing your knickers is some pretty tricky terrain to navigate. And it turns out we’ve been doing it wrong forever.
Turns out you can ride your bike and wear a skirt without fear or worry if you just grab a penny and elastic band. This is where Penny In Yo’ Pants comes in, an initiative conceived of at Cyclehack 2014.
