Has Simon Cowell already picked Louis Walsh’s replacement? Quite possibly.
The Mirror reports that Simon Cowell has selected BBC Radio 1 host Nick Grimshaw to join the judging panel.
A BBC source was reported as saying that Grimshaw is “fresher and more relevant than some of the previous judges” and it is hoped that the shake-up will help attract new viewers and higher ratings.
Louis has been a great servant to the show, but he is out of touch now compared to up and coming stars like Grimmy. The hope is Grimmy can come in and Louis will leave.
Grimshaw is best known as the host of the breakfast show on BBC Radio 1. He also hosts the BBC 3 comedy panel show Sweat The Small Stuff.
So far, he has remained mum on the speculation, although he did seem very excitable this morning…

Taylor Swift’s video for Bad Blood is going to be insane if the guest stars are anything to go by. Over the past week, the singer has been posting “character” photos from the video and revealing the star-studded cast.
And it’s looking pretty whopper.
Over the weekend, she announced that the video would star model Lily Aldridge, singer Zendaya, Paramore frontwoman Hayley Williams, model Gigi Hadid and even Ellie Goulding.
Yesterday, Oscar nominee Hailee Steinfeld was added to the roster, as was a certain Lena Dunham.

Chris O’Dowd was in attendance at last night’s BAFTAs and it seems he had a grand old time. Last night, the official BAFTAs Twitter account posted this photo of the Moone Boy star chilling out backstage with Steve Coogan.
O’Dowd was so touched by the photo that he requested his own copy.
