Parents hit back at Myleene Klass for sharing private emails on Twitter

It’s all gotten very, very nasty.

MYLEENE KLASS HAS landed herself in a spot of bother after sharing private emails from other parents at her daughter Ava’s school on Twitter.

Earlier this week, the former pop singer shared two emails she’d received from parents announcing that they were collecting money for their daughters’ birthday presents.

Other parents were asked to chip in a tenner each towards a Kindle and a desk for two children in Ava’s class.

Klass didn’t like the cut of their jib, and she responded as such:

As it turns out, other parents at her daughter’s school were not impressed at her sharing their private emails online, and they confronted the TV presenter at the school gates the next day.

According to local newspaper Ham&High, one parent shouted “Why did you do it, Myleene? Why?” across the playground, while others have written to the head teacher accusing Klass of using the emails to get press attention.

One parent even accused her of dredging up old emails for the purpose:

It is bang out of order. These are old class emails from a year ago. We have all noticed that the paparazzi are no longer outside the school taking her picture like they used to be every morning. Perhaps she needed to get some attention. The press have certainly all been back here today.

Meow. Meanwhile, another parent explained that the emails were a way of ensuring parents didn’t spend lots of money on presents that “nobody wanted”.

“There is no obligation,” they said. “Myleene has misunderstood the school’s community spirit.”

That’s probably a mistake she won’t be making again.
