All the best of the day’s celebrity FILTH.

EVERY WEEKDAY MORNING, DailyEdge.ie rounds up the best of the day’s celebrity dirt from the top to the very bottom.

Megan Fox has announced that she has split from the husband Brian Austin Green. According to US Weekly, this makes the pair the 23rd celebrity couple to break up this summer — quite a distinction.

The magazine reports that the couple, who have been together for 11 years and have two sons together, decided to call it quits months ago.

No reason was given for the split, but a source did tell US Weekly that “things have been rocky”.

Other celebrities to break up this summer include Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner; Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale; and Zayn Malik and Perrie Edwards.

RIP, love. (US Weekly)

Beyoncé has not answered a direct question in over a year, according to The New York Times. Queen Bey appears on the cover of Vogue this month, but the paper notes that she did not grant them an interview.

In fact, Beyoncé has refused to give any interviews in well over a year now.

At some imperceptible point around 2013 to 2014, she appears to have stopped giving face-to-face interviews. A member of her team told a reporter in May that despite numerous appearances, she had not answered a direct question in more than a year.

Instead, the September issue of Vogue simply features an essay about Beyoncé’s “star quality”.

Beyoncé, of course, declined to comment.
