Spiders, monkeys and muddy frogs: pics from London Zoo’s stocktake

We’d like to hang out with these guys for a day. Well, some of them.

AS A REQUIREMENT to hold a license, ZSL London Zoo is required to count each and every one of its 17,500 animals annually.

Today was the time for the 2013  stocktake and there were photographers on hand to document the entire process. From wriggling otters to hyper meerkats, zookeepers at the enclosures had their hands full.
