JOHN LENNON FANS from across the world marked the 30th anniversary of his death on Wednesday.
Three decades ago, in an incident that shocked people all over the globe, the iconic Beatle was fatally shot outside his home in the Upper West Side of New York City.
In New York, Tokyo, and his home town of Liverpool, fans gathered to lay flowers and light candles and remember one of the world’s most influential musicians.
