IF YOU WERE travelling through Dublin Airport earlier this week you might have spotted a gentleman looking a few decades out of place.
Bearing more than a passing resemblance to the famed Irish author James Joyce, this man’s appearance was to mark a special month of offers at the airport to mark the Dublin Airport Authority’s sponsorship of a theatrical adaptation of the Joyce book Dubliners.
A production of the famous collection of 15 short stories will be at the Dublin Theatre Festival later this month and all through September DAA is giving five free copies of Dubliners to passengers travelling through the airport every day.
So keep an eye out for the books which will be placed around the airport with a note encouraging passengers to take a free copy.
And who knows, you might even spot this guy:
