In photos: day two at Electric Picnic so far

Plenty of fun being had down in the wet fields of Stradbally on day two….

THE RAIN HAS not dampened spirits so far at Electric Picnic which has been a little drier today as fans enjoy the likes of the Rubberbandits and Jape.

Tonight’s big performance will be Arcade Fire with rumours that Bono is to make an appearance on stage.

Already we’ve had his U2 compadre, The Edge who was, according to the Irish Times, discreetly checking out his pal Gavin Friday who performed last night.

Last night also saw Sinead O’Connor in action before she dashed off to make her much anticipated appearance on the Late Late Show.
