in fairness I will miss hmv i will miss browsing around and feel very sorry for the staff there who in fairness were always very helpful

but they were ripping us off for years and to be still selling vouchers before xmas is complete and utter robbery

HMV obviously knew that they were in the s**t prior to the Xmas and saw it as an opportunity to make one last quick buck before going under, at the expense of course of their loyal customers! Absolutely sickening!! Once again we get pick pocketed and once again our response is ah that’s fine!!

just redeem them at the store like that grandad did in Dublin…get your stuff and walk out…its not stealing if you have paid in advance and have a voucher to prove it. you just need balls to do it.

I heard if you purchased the vouchers by visa card dat you are entitled to a refund not sure if dat only apply to people who got dem on line but it worth a try!
