UNIVERSITY COLLEGE DUBLIN conferred honorary degrees on Daniel Day-Lewis and Brenda Fricker today.
Jim Sheridan, Joan Bergin and Laura Mulvey were also on the honour-roll for their contribution to the arts through film.
