WE’VE BEEN WAITING a while for our politicians to put their hands up and apologise for, as Joan Burton so lyrically put it, “banjaxing our country”.
Well, wait no more. Not only do they apologise here, they make a pretty convincing pitch for the Christmas No. 1.

we have to start thinking of what matters for the general good and not be voting for people who bribe us with gifts, such as removing property tax, that was then heaped onto businesses, especially indigenous ones,thus helping destroy Irelands competitiveness and crippling their ability to survive.
