Okay, so they weren’t going on date nights and sending each other “miss u baby” texts, but the Irish actor has told Ellen that he became friends with Taylor after a chance meeting when his youngest son was being born. (Daily Mail)
Farrell said that the pair used to chat on the phone into the “wee hours” and that he “adored her”.
To be fair, he wasn’t being serious when he said he was in a relationship with her, he said it just felt a bit like that “in his head”. It’s all very sweet.
He also confirmed that the relationship was never consummated. We’ll let that sink in too.
