Loving the dial up internet sound, unfortunately its also bringing back memories of shouting matches with the parents due to forgetting to disconnect and thus leaving it on all day during the “expensive” rate or the time granny had spent all evening trying to ring but couldn’t get through and ended up ringing the neighbors to find out if we were still alive or the many evenings someone rang so many times that they disrupted the connection ruining my angelfire amendments. The day we got a split line was a joyous day for my internet addiction.

TV was a lot better in the Nineties, Channel 4 was still credible. You didnt need to scroll through 50 chanels to find something worth watching.

I seem to remember having a mobile that you had to put 4 AA batteries into and it couldn’t text and even in the 90s that was a bit embarrassing!

Ah the 90s, the last great era for music with the grunge/alternative scene at the forefront. Does it make me sound like a old fogey when I say music is dead?

Re number 9 – it actually makes me kinda sad that two of those in the picture are no longer with us. Whatever about Michael Jackson’s personal problems, his legacy is his music to many people.
