The 7 cheapest houses for sale in Ireland right now

Including a former garda station!

A COUPLE OF weeks ago, we published a list of the most expensive houses for sale in Ireland.

Several people, who claimed they didn’t have eight or nine mill to drop on a gaff right now, requested a similar list of the cheapest houses in the country.

So here it is! Presenting the gaffs in Ireland you could get with a Celtic Tiger car loan, in descending order of price.

Our criteria were: the houses have to be not obviously derelict, not mobile homes, and in possession of all their doors and windows. Where two houses are the same price, we’ve decided that the one with the most bedrooms is cheapest.

7. Former garda station, Labasheeda, Co Clare (€20,000)
