Caroline Flack accidentally posted a picture of her nipple to Instagram in a topless selfie gone awry. The X Factor host was showing off her makeup for a snap, and posted it without realising it was very nippy out:
She quickly realised her mistake and deleted the nip slip, but not before everyone saw it. Oops. It seems she’s not too devastated by it, though – she uploaded a cropped version of the pic with the caption: “Bloody ‘el.” (Mirror UK)
